RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

HQ does not allow any size exchange, return, or cancellation of purchases during the festive season and need to confirm size before purchase.

 Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered an unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 3 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be bared by the customer.

However, customers are advised to notify us at numaofficial@gmail.com by quoting the order number and the product details. Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-refundable.
